A Casual Vacancy for one seat exists on the above named Community Council because of the resignation of a Councillor.
An election will be held to fill the vacancies if a written request is made by 10 Local Government Electors for the Community/Community Ward to the Returning Officer:-

Survey Results
In June 2017 a feasibility study for a Community Hub for Llanbedr DC was carried out.
Interviews and surveys were carried out to try and establish “where we are now” – as a community and “where would we like to be” as a community.

Astroturf questionnaire
Llanbedr Astroturf is a community facility near Ysgol Llanbedr. The Astroturf is used by different community groups that include; Adult netball, Adult football, Wrexham football club after school children’s football, after school children’s tennis, Munchkins toddler play sessions, Ysgol Llanbedr PE sessions and general fitness training sessions.
The surface has come to the end of its useable life and is in need of replacement.
We are consulting with members of the community to gather more information and we would be grateful if you could could answer the questions in the questionnaire below and send your answers to Sian Jones.

Save the pub
The meeting of the Save the Pub group is on Friday May 12th, at 6.00 pm in the village hall. Tim will give an update on the news of funding to consider the future of amenities in the village and any matters from the previous night’s Community Council meeting. There will be a report from a meeting with Eryl Williams of Clawddnewydd about how they succeeded in a funding package for their shop and community amenities.
Malcolm Harrison from the organisation “Pub is the Hub” has agreed to come along and speak about the place of the pub in community regeneration, and funding possibilities.
St David’s Day
Join us to celebrate St Davids Day.
Messy Mornings
Wednesday mornings are Messy Mornings at Ysgol Llanbedr. Bring your little ones for a morning of messy fun whilst you enjoy a chat and a coffee. Activities include play with shaving foam, paint, play-dough and jelly.
