Tuesday 1st March at the Griffin.
There will be a Pilgrimage walk on the 21st May, starting at 10am in St.Peter’s Church Yard, Llanbedr, from the sight of the old village school to the current new school. All parents and members of the community are welcome. There will be light refreshments at the school. If you have a high visibility jacket please wear it as there is no footpath along part of the road to the school.
A special St David’s senior citizens lunch was held at the Vale Country Club on Tuesday 4th March. The event was arranged by the Community Council and was very well attended with over 40 locals enjoying the afternoon. The children from Ysgol Llanbedr performed an Eisteddfodd between courses, for which they have been practicing very hard in preparation for the Urdd later in the week. The singing and recitation was excellent, and was complemented by the traditional Welsh dress and patriotic shirts worn by the children.

There are 8 salt bins in the village: 1 in Maes Celyn, 3 in Tan y Bryn, 3 in Maes Derwen and 1 in Troed y Fenlli. These bins are replenished October/November each year and when necessary thereafter during the coming winter. The Highways Department endeavour to keep enough salt to keep the bins full.
